First Fuel Screens
Codemasters today released the first screenshots from Asobo Studios forthcoming racer Fuel. Due for release in 2009 on XBox 360, PS3 and Windows Vista, Fuel is set to have the largest environment ever created in multi-terrain race gaming, covering a vast 5,000 square miles (14,000+ km²). Powered by a cutting-edge proprietary engine which has spent over 4 years in development, players can experience the pinnacle in ‘go anywhere’ competitive racing.
Set in an alternate future where climate change has ravaged the globe, Fuel will feature a dynamic weather system that will include tornados, sandstorms, thunderstorms, lightning strikes, and blizzards that will require mid-race strategy changes.
