Weekly Roundup
Ironically, the weekly roundup has been far from weekly recently, for which I can only apologise. Thankfully, the Hide and Geek team has grown this week, with new staff writer Rory Cocker joining the ranks. Rory will mainly be covering Nintendo related news, but will be contributing to other areas of the site in due course too.
And here’s the weekly roundup!
- Persona 4 scheduled for early March - the latest game in the stylish Persona series has been given a March release date, courtesy of Square Enix. The PAL version of the game will include a 24 track CD.
- Critical bug delays Dragon Quest IX - Square Enix boss Yoichi Wada has said that Final Fantasy XIII could be delayed as a consequence.
- Square Enix offers to buy Eidos - Continuing their plan to break into the western market, the Japanese giant have offered a staggering 84 million pounds to seal the deal.
- Guitar Hero Greatest Hits on the way - Activision boss Mike Griffith has said that there is a Guitar Hero Greatest Hits compilation on the way, as well as a third Guitar Hero game for DS later this year.
